Participants will be responsible for any difference in tuition cost at the time of the request or in some cases a participant may receive a credit on file.  In addition, if a participant moves from one program offering to another, they will be responsible for paying the difference in cost between those programs. If the cost of the program is less, then Dale Carnegie Training® will reimburse the difference, or a credit to their account will be issued.
Cancellation of Courses and Schedule Changes by Dale Carnegie Training®
Dale Carnegie Training® reserves the right to cancel scheduled programs due to low enrollment and unforeseen circumstances.  If a program is canceled, you will receive full reimbursement of the program fee or you may request a tuition transfer to another program within a 12 month period at no charge. Participants will be responsible for any difference in tuition cost at the time of the request or a participant may receive a credit on file.  Please contact us for more information.
Dale Carnegie Training® is not responsible for any expenses incurred before the start of a program, e.g., airline tickets, hotel, or car rental.
Attendance Requirements

Dale Carnegie Training is committed to providing you the best possible learning experience.  To ensure you have time to prepare for your session we would recommend you arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the start of your program.  Any participant who arrives more than 30 minutes after the session start will be considered "absent" for that session and will not receive attendance credit.  To successfully complete your program and receive your certificate you must attend a 85% or more of the program sessions for a time phased program. For example if your program is 8 sessions over a period of weeks,  you will need to attend 7 of 8 sessions to successfully complete the program. For 2 and 3 day programs you will need to attend 100% of the sessions to successfully complete.

Participants have one (1) full calendar year from their enrollment in a Dale Carnegie Training® program to complete any make-up/missed sessions. Should a participant not complete at least 7 out of 8 sessions within one (1) full calendar year, the participant will be required to re-register at the current public program price.

Dale Carnegie Training® reserves the right to modify this cancellation, transfer, and attendance policy with no advance notice.
